For Business users, there is a 7-day free trial period. Just register your details and you're good to go - we don't ask for your any payment details for trial, and you automatically start a contract unless you cancel before the end of the 7-day trial period. Customer users use receiptNG for FREE at all times.

To subscribe, kindly download the application on App Store or Google play Store for mobile, or through the ''Register menu'' for the web application. Fill in the required details for the type of user selected and start using ReceiptNG.
Your trial period starts automatically after your registration, and the contract picks up automatically after your trial period finishes as a Business user. Customer users always access ReceiptNG for FREE.

The information needed to sign up on ReceiptNG is categorized into two. The first category are the Business users who shall provide their NAMES, ADDRESSES, EMAIL ADRESSES, BUSINESS TYPE, CONTROL NUMBER (TIN, BVN, NIN etc), and STATE & LGA. The other category is customer users who are only obliged to provide NAMES, ADDRESSES, EMAILS and STATE &LGA.

Our payment medium comprises of Direct Credit into our account: Diamond Bank Plc, Account 0099707139, Fastrust Nigeria Limited. We also accept mCASH payments through *402*00009579*Amount# SEND and through Flutterwave Rave payment medium.

Yes, subscription can be paid annually or monthly depending on the payment plan.

If you cancel within your free 7-day trial period, you won't be charged anything. If a paying subscriber cancels a subscription to ReceiptNG Solution for any reason, FAStrust Nigerian Limited is unable to provide you with a pro-rata refund for the rest of the month that you paid for up front, However in the case of an annual subscribers, FAStrust Nigeria Limited shall refund the amount for the unused period paid upfront. The said subscriber will continue to get the ReceiptNG solution services for the remainder of the month paid for which is when the cancellation of the subscription is made effective after which the said subscriber will no longer have access to the service

You will have to sign afresh as a business user

Depending on your ReceiptNG pricing plan you're using, you can have up to certain number of users accessing the same company file simultaneously.

If a business user registers using your member id which is gotten when you open an account, then you will see that account under your account (referral menu) and you earn for LIFE as long as that account is active and paying.

Both Business Owners and Individual Users can earn 5% commission continuously on active and paying every business owner’s account that used their referral code (Member ID) to register.

This 5% commission payment continues for as long as that business user continues to use and pay for ReceiptNG services. We have built a referral menu in every users Account to ensure transparency of the referral commissions.

Users created under the multiple users feature CANNOT use the referral model. Your referral id is the same as you member id gotten when you REGISTER either a customer or business account on ReceiptNG
